Everything here is made by us and sold by us, on our own pages. This is what goes with it.
If you would like us to process a return or a refund, for any reason, start here. Your receipt has a link straight to it. For anything else, write to us. A person reads every one, and we answer within two days.
You can always reach a person
Machines help us run the shop, and a person checks their work. Anything with a back and forth, a disagreement, a refund that is not simple, a case where the story does not match, is read and decided by a person. Never by a machine alone. If something feels wrong, write to us and a person answers.
Prints, as listed
A print in a size and finish we list can come back within 7 days of arriving. Write to us first and we send you the address. Send it back the way it came, unframed, unmarked, in its original condition, and we refund what you paid for the print as soon as it arrives.
Return shipping is yours to pay, unless we choose to cover it. The shipping you paid to get it to you is not refunded.
Mystery picks
A mystery pick never comes back. You are paying for the mystery, not for liking what comes out of it. If it arrives damaged, that part is ours (see below).
Custom and personalized orders
Anything made just for you cannot be returned: a print in a size we do not list, a commission, a personalized piece, a reading. It is made once, for one person.
If you know you want something made, and you are not sure yet what it is, we will work it out with you. That time is booked and paid up front, fifteen minutes or half an hour at $111 an hour, the same as all our time before the artwork. What you pay for it is your deposit: it goes toward the final cost of your piece, and it is not refunded.
So book it when you know you want a piece and can spare the money. If you are not sure yet, wait until you are. Messages are for quick questions, not for working out what you want over many back and forths. That is work, and it is what the booked time is for.
Sizes we do not list
Every drawing has its own shape, and a size missing from a listing is missing because the drawing does not fit it.
If you ask for a size we do not list, we tell you the drawing's shape first (3 by 4, say), and that at the size you asked for it will either have a white border or lose some of its edges. You choose which before you order, and we print exactly what you chose. Because you saw the choice and made it, a custom size cannot come back.
Damaged or faulty
If anything arrives bent, torn, scratched, misprinted, or not what you ordered, send us a photo within 7 days of it arriving. We send a new one or refund you, and you do not pay to send the damaged one back.
Lost parcels
If a parcel goes missing, tell us. It is not your fault, and we take it up with the carrier ourselves. A print as listed goes out again as soon as it is printed again. A custom piece has to be made again, and that takes its whole making time over again.
Cancelling
A print can be cancelled for a full refund until it goes to the printer, usually the morning after you order. After that it is being made, and the rules above apply once it arrives.
A custom order can be cancelled for a full refund until we start on it. Once we start, it cannot be cancelled.
Commissions begin with a paid talk. The hour comes off the price of your piece and is not refunded if you decide not to go ahead. After the talk, half the estimate is the deposit that starts the work. The deposit is not refunded.
Digital things
Downloads, digital paintings, and everything that lives on the page (tokens, quarters, coins, the wares in the purse) cannot come back once they are yours. If a file will not open or is not what you bought, tell us and we fix it.
Things every month
You can stop anything you pay for monthly whenever you like, and you choose how: finish out what you already paid for, or stop that day and get back the part of the month you will not use.
Payment plans run on the dates agreed. If you need to pause or change one, write to us.
Pay what you can
Where you choose the price, everything above still holds, and a refund is what you paid.
Readings
If you never receive your reading, you get your money back. Once you have it, there are no refunds on it. Not for any reason, ever.
A pull on one of our lives is the same: if the live ends before we get to you, your money comes back. A card is refunded on its own that night. Venmo, Cash App and anything else we send back by hand within two days.
Here is why. A reading cannot be wrong. It reads where things stand at the moment you ask, and anything it shows ahead is what follows if nothing changes. Things always change. Sometimes what it showed comes true anyway, and that is the interesting part: it means the alignment was already there, whichever way the circumstances moved. You come to us for a message about alignment, not a forecast. And sometimes the way back into alignment is being told something that is not going to happen, so you can feel what you need to feel.
